BLUE MONDAY

Thanks Sergio, you have a very good memory!

Depressed? Blame it on Blue Monday

If you're feeling blue today, it could be the ultimate case of the Mondays.
Psychologist Cliff Arnall says the third Monday in January is the most depressing day of the entire year, dubbing it Blue Monday.
Arnall's formula factors in the weather, time elapsed since Christmas, failed New Year's resolutions, and debt.
The British researcher, who first wrote about Blue Monday in 2005, concludes that people hit a low around the third week in January.
"Motivational levels also tend to be quite low at this time of year," Arnall told CTV's Canada AM in 2011.

I don´t like Mondays.

ENJOY IT !

  1. Teacher I had problems to find the article, but in the end I found it.The song is very good but the lyrics are very fast. Really I think that Mondays are tired and bored and people feel blue.
    I'm Andrea Valle.
    See you tomorrow.
